In plain English
The world's largest Coca-Cola bottler. CCEP doesn't own the Coke brand — it buys concentrate from The Coca-Cola Company, then makes, packages, sells and physically delivers the drinks across Western Europe and, after buying Coca-Cola Amatil (2021) and Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines (2024), much of Asia-Pacific. It is the franchise muscle between the brand owner and the shelf.
In simple terms
A bottler, not the brand
CCEP sits between The Coca-Cola Company and your fridge. TCCC owns the brand and sells CCEP the concentrate; CCEP adds water, sweetener, fizz and packaging, then runs the factories, trucks and coolers that get the drink to a million-plus outlets.
